Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PricePilot (“the Service”), operated by Vantage Meridian Group LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PricePilot is a pricing analytics platform that generates pricing recommendations based on product and competitive data you provide. You upload your data, select a pricing objective, pay for a report, and receive a downloadable report with actionable recommendations.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to PricePilot. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your report. We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Uploaded files and generated reports are automatically deleted 30 days after report generation.

4. Pricing and Payment

PricePilot offers the following plans:

• Single Report — $39 per report
• Founders Monthly — $79/month (up to 3 reports per month)
• Growth Annual — $699/year (unlimited reports)

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be updated with notice.

5. Recommendations Are Advisory

PricePilot generates pricing recommendations using a deterministic rules engine based on the data you provide and competitive benchmarks you supply. Recommendations are informational and advisory only. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome. You are solely responsible for any pricing decisions you make based on our reports.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload data that contains personally identifiable information of consumers (PricePilot is designed for product and pricing data only)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the rules engine logic
• Use automated tools to submit bulk requests or overload the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The PricePilot platform, rules engine, report format, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Vantage Meridian Group LLC. Your purchase grants you a license to use the generated report for your internal business purposes. It does not grant any rights to the underlying platform or methodology.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Meridian Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
